Save the Mesa Meeting, March 3, 2007, 1:30-3:30PM

The speakers for our March 3 meeting are Dave Congalton, radio personality with News/Talk 920 KVEC. He is a recent newcomer to Nipomo and he will talk about his many observations, his history with radio, and what he looks for in terms of topics for his programs.

Cheryl Price, our second speaker, farms 4 acres in south county by herself. Her business, From Earth to Table, is comprised of heirloom vegetables and herbs. She started her business after moving here from the East Bay in 2001. A former customer service manager for a technology company, she will discuss eating and growing sustainable food systems from your own backyards.

Save the Mesa’s quarterly general meetings are open to the pubic and held at the NCSD Building
148 S. Wilson Street, Nipomo, CA. These meetings are designed to help you meet new people and learn about topics of interest in South County.  Δ
